The Song Of A Pearl

Me a pearl, you an ocean

Living together forever

In your heart is my abode

In my shine is your reflection

You sustain me, and nourish me

I am your pride, your honor

Your surging bottom spreads

The aurora of Love to my shell

Buried inside its crust I move

Responding to your call of Love

Crossing every frontier and limit

When this Love reaches you and me

Blind is the world that is unable to feel

The warmth it brings to you and me

They question, and argue and complain

I feel sorry for their doubtful souls

Those who are unable to

Appreciate the wonders of Love

Nature excludes them from

It’s Art of Creation

Dry remains in their souls

The seeds of Conception

The Universe desires to witness

The limits of God’s best creation

From the bond of Love, learn

Your aim, your goal, your destiny

And reveal unto the Worlds

Your boundless bounds…!

Collapsing Global Political trends - Are we in need of a new political system?

"It was the best of times, it was the worst of times, it was the age of wisdom, it was the age of foolishness, it was the epoch of belief, it was the epoch of incredulity, it was the season of light, it was the season of darkness, it was the spring of hope, it was the winter of despair" Charles Dickens; A Tale of two cities Capitol Hill under siege There is no better description of the current global socio-political scenario than these infamous words of Dickens.  After a year of pandemic and political incapacity to unanimously contain an emergency situation at the global center stage, the world is witnessing a dichotomy that has never been so evident before. In contrast to the Cold War era, when the world was divided into two distinct blocks with individuals from each of the block fighting and dying for their own political ideology, the current division is present deeper within the masses in respective countries. US elections 2020 revealed that this division is rampant with

"I can't breathe"

A giant mural in Washington DC honouring black lives At the dawn of the new millenium, we dreamt of a world with equality and justice as integral parts of its social structure. Twenty years down the lane we are now living in a world full of hatred based on race, religion, caste and creed. The United States of America, which champions itself for its human rights and is seen as the leader of the free world, saw massive, wide scale protests after the killing of George Floyd, an African American man, on 25th May 2020 by a policer officer in Minneapolis state. The police officer, named Derek Chauvin, kept his knee on the neck of a handcuffed, non-violent man for 9 minutes as Mr. Floyd wailed and begged for his life before becoming unconscious. Mr. Chauvin could be seen in a relaxed pose with hands in his pockets, as he ignored the pleas of Mr. Floyd and the bystanders who also recorded the whole incident on video. Fellow police officer Tou Thao was protecting his colleague from the crowd wh
